Families that include a member who was adopted often face a landscape of challenge and opportunity. As young people grow, they are sometimes "living into two different futures," one of the adoptive family and the other of the biological family that may be known or shrouded in the dreams of the person who experienced adoption.
Neal and Judy work as individual therapists with both young people and adult adoptees. Family sessions are available as needed where Neal and Judy often work as co-therapists.
Neal's experience in this area began as an adoptive parent and Judy's as an adoptive step-parent.
